Have you tried this? Open a Job Property. In "Special Pages" tab. You can specify "Exception Pages" that are printed 1-side only.

Yes, in CWS you select "Server/Logs". It will bring up the log page. Any jobs that was interrupted for any reason will marked "canceled" under Print Statu. Find the entry you are interested in and look for "Number of Jobs Printed." That's the complete jobs. I don't think your can simply resume...

I cast my vote for EFI Fiery CWS also. At my work, we use both. CWS so much easier to use. The biggest complaint I have against FF, so far? You can't search for printed jobs.
