Double your check your fountain mix. I have seen mixing stations (dosatrons) cause problems. Roller chillers as well can be sensitive, they can amplify the smallest problem.

We will be adding a Perfect Binder of some sort ASAP. I have no P-bind experience, and I am trying to help from the Pressroom side. What are the most common problems with P-bind? Things to watch for? Which machines work best/worst?

Strike Through Strike Through Check to see which blanket surface you are being supplied with. Some are more likely to take ink/varnish. Each manufacture may call it something different. Cast, ground, buff, polished. Make sure you use a 3 ply not 4 ply.
