    Have you tried using a different computer to print to it with a different USB cable? Windows updates have been playing havoc on certain print drivers, I had to turn off windows updates on the laptop that handles our inkjet.

    I give it up to you guys that use Indesign for merge, I tried it on a few jobs and after waiting overnight for it to finish merging a job I promptly went back to Xmpie, same job took it 1 hour.

    Ricoh 7100 - blue light blinks but does not print

    Do you have glass on yours? Can you do copies? Another test would be to print a test page. Click the fiery button on the user panel then go to the fiery logo button on top right then click printable info and try printing a PS test page.
