Ricoh 7100 issues

[Iceprinter]

1. the machine goes in print mode but nothing happens - blue light on the bar but nothing prints.
2. cant run deveolper refresh on any color.
3 changed out the toner bottles but the statusbar remains the same.
4. new waste toner bottle.
5. the rip has been set up again.
6. power cycles tried.
7. my tech guy is running out of ideas :-/

Any thoughts?

Job in print buffer error. do any workstations print directly to it?

Disconnect the network cables and the fiery and see if it restarts cleanly to a waiting spot.

We only put jobs on the Fiery and print from there.

Rip/Fiery was reset.

It restarts with no network cables and all normal.

Problem remains.

We only put jobs on the Fiery and print from there.

Yes, but have you tried to print directly to it using the 7100 windows print driver via network and or USB?
