OK, we think we have resolution. Happened to notice that they were collecting the files onto their server when packaging out of INDD. We had them collect to a folder on their Mac desktop. This fixed it from what we can tell.

Yes, check links is checked. If I uncheck it, I get 100 percent red instead of yellow. The perplexing thing is that the IDML works. The IDML was made automatically by CC2014 as it created the packaged file.

So, here is the weird anomaly. The customer is in CC2014. They have the button clicked to make an IDML file. The IDML file opens with ZERO yellow triangles. The CC2014 file opens with 60 yellow triangles. TOTALLY perplexed!

I have used Parallels since 2006 when it came out. For giggles, I tried VMWare about a year ago. I find it much better. Parallels seems to have gotten cluttered. We run faster with VM. At least that is what we perceive.

It helps to do a Font Nuke. Actually, quitting out of INDD helps. My issue is that I have gone 7 years without errors like this. VERY scary.

I currently have action lists that delete out colors such as: LASER, LASERBLUE, LASERBROWN, etc. I am looking for a way to setup an action to delete out anything with LASER in it. IE, LASER* Where "*" means anything after the word LASER? Doable?
