    Check to see if the nip release solenoid for the registration is working. It should lift the rolls right before the registration roll up to allow the registration roll to take control of the paper. The little lift arm can wear out over time.

    What firmware level is your PCUI software? Have you done color checks through the diagnostic interface yet? Have you been able to complete a color calibration to the Fiery/FreeFlow?

    As long as you feel confident in troubleshooting and have the service info, it's not a problem.

    You have to completely remove fuser oil II from tank and ram assy then refill with regular fuser oil I.

    The oil can be changed in 20 minutes to fuser oil type I.

    Have you tried using Fuser oil instead of Fuser oil II? If you have any questions 714-292-6912.

    I sure do. Colorpress 1000, versant, nuvera, irridesse,...etc. Basically all xerox. I have basically so much firmware that covers multiple machines.
