Here is a pic of the Problem I am having along with the ghosting on gloss. this problem seems to go away with other stocks tho. The ghosting is very hard to get a full sheet pic of. I did lower the temp, increased the gap and ran the smoothing roller. My tech thinks it might be a cooling belt??

If the sheet was taken 4-Out of a parent then it is for sure wrong grain. I am not saying that it is why you are having issues but I have found over the years that grain (especially on heavier stocks) can effect registration on very small type and small items that are built

I have timed it at 16 sheets a minute in Banner tray duplex mode if that helps and registration is a bit tail whippy but not too bad

We use Estimating Software called PowerQuote. Pretty in-expensive and handles everything from offset, digital and wide format and can even do your accounting but we don't use it for that. Seems to work pretty well once you get all of your specific info and rates entered in.

From what I have seen I would agree with Wonderings. The majority of the emulsion appears to be pulled off onto the Stock. There is a little contamination that happens but the operators haven't complained once they got the developing down to a Science. (We run Fuji Plates)
