Does any one have experience or knowledge of the MBM AeroCut NanoMax? Or something similar primarily for business cards, but with templates for postcards, rack cards, etc.... AreoCut seems really simple to operate from the videos I have seen, just need real life experience.

You need an imposition program such as Montax Imposer. ID mail merge is very limiting for this type of imposition.

How are they with envelopes - 6 1/4 up to catalogs?

What digital duplicators are you running? Looks like Ricoh got out of the production type duplicator and only sells the "school duplicators" lower resolution and just not built as good it seems to me. Our Standard versions of the Ricoh were great for envelopes and NCR.
