    preps weirdness is annoying me

    Sometimes when I am in preps there are instances where I cannot use the keyboard. Like I am trying to type in .25 for gutters it won't let me. So I'll freakin' bang my keyboard and still nothing.     Apogee not taking distilled pdfs...

    So here is my problem.. Apogee won't take clients pdfs that are made from: Acrobat 4 = 1.3 Acrobat 5 = 1.4 I drop them in Hotdrop and they never show up. But it will take them from Acrobat 6 = 1.5 Acrobat 7 = 1.6 Acrobat 8 = 1.7 (Pure PS level 3) and the only way I can get around that is to...

    I am currently using client version 1.33.20 of ApogeeX AND Preps version 4.2.3 build 530. How do I know when to upgrade my preps to a newer version? Would I have to holler at Afga for the answer?
