Hi Greg! The Asura option sounds great and will test it this week. The files are multi page documents but I will need to work with the client and see if they are OK with adding the sku to all the pages. If so this would be an easy way to automate this task. Thank you very much for help as always!

Print to a ps file out of InDesign or Quark and then distill to a pdf. Do not export pdfs from page layout programs. We have minimal problems on our iGen4 when we print to ps and then distill to high res pdf.
