    Xerox 5000 Fiery EXP50 dropping black in text

    We have a Xerox 5000 with a Fiery EXP50 rip. We have tried may types (AI,PDF,etc) of files placing them in Indesign as well as creating a pdf from the Indesign file. We are consistently having the black dropped from the text. Has anyone else run into this or have any ideas to a solution.

    Xerox DC500 printing on linen stock

    We have a Xerox DC5000AP. We want to print on the "Custom Coated linen 10pt." stock. The ink does not get layed in the grooves. We have changed some settings to increase the charge and to darken the print. We have not been able to get it to look good. Any suggestions would be greatly...
