Yes, it's just completely pointless in having a press with technology that you can't use. Bit like buying a Ferrari and just driving it in first gear all the time.

Only Ryobi presses I've worked on are 524H with AAC system and a 662PFH and I honestly would rather be out of work than be paid to operate another Ryobi press. I ran both of these presses from new and didn't rate any aspect of them. You get what you pay for, all a question of what you want it...

When you say you are moving your compensators half a turn do you mean half a turn of the bar or half a revolution of a plate cylinder? If you're moving the cut off compensator half a revolution of a plate cylinder to bring infeed back to position in the folder it sounds like you are clutching...

Could it be a folder guard or the door at the back where your nip rollers are as the web goes into the first cylinder. Are those nip rollers releasing somehow on the run. Not been on a rotoman for a while so can't say for definate what the error code is. Check the guard and door switches are not...

Employ a press expert!

I've never come accross a perfector that couldn't run at least 10 000 cph in straight or perfecting mode without problems even on machines more thatn 10 years older than that. It clearly can be fixed or were the engineers trying to tell you that Heidelberg made a press that wouldn't work...
