    Bizhub c6501 stops periodically

Did you ask your tech about this? :) Try to clean/replace your paper feed rollers. This may cause such a behavior. Next thing is to change dipSW 11-3 to 1 (Automatic restart at “Press START to restart” situation after releasing jam.) dipSW 11-6 to 1 (Automatic paper supply) Good luck.

KM C8000 Problem with Red Text and red full tone square

Your techs are absolutely right it is the low humidity that causes this. Try lowering the 1st transfer values for Yellow and Magenta to -2 or even -3 [03 Administrator Setting] -> [01 System Setting] -> [05 Expert Adjustment] -> [06 Process Adjustment] -> [01 Front & Back Density] After the...

Xerox DC 252 problem with magenta consistency (unevenness) - help

I have done that in the past. Results were great and especially for this problem. You can use DC5000 dev unit also but the doctor blade gap is too much for DC252 and needs to be adjusted.

Xerox DC 252 problem with magenta consistency (unevenness) - help

Tell them to change the ROS (which is the laser unit), dev unit and 1 btr rollers at the same time. Then you will notice improvement. I know that they won't listen, but tell them to change the dev unit with dev unit for X700, it will do much better. Good luck.

No don't change it. Yes you are right it only changes the nip. Like I wrote in my first post: Larger value means lower nip pressure(fix level down/Side Gloss less). Smaller value means higher nip pressure(fix level up/Side Gloss worse) If you set it to 10 (Non half latch) for this...

    Xerox 700 fuser temperature

740 - 043 to 1 This will activate "fuser gloss mode" for paper 177gsm and upper. CanarcticPress Your tech is wrong, by activating it, actually you reduce the 2nd transfer 100% to 70% and by this less toner is laid on paper. Fuser temp is increased by 17 degrees . "machine speed" for 177gsm and...
