    nickelback transfer jacket......use blanketwash daily, treat with alcohol after! Once a month use rubber rejuvenator! For dents that happen ,pop them off use a roller on the back side then put them back on! Yes they will get dents!

    I run a 20 unit goss and if we need to change a plate most times it never fits with the rest, so we output them all and change them all! It may have something to do with the output on the ctp.     70???? your having problems running?? try 50 or 60, 70 is a godsend! Flip your stock before you load it.Decurl it and run the damn thing!If you cant get 70 to feed and I dont care about the coverage you need a new trade! I wont get into running onion skin.

    If you hit with the spot gloss then hit with the matte on the reverse type it should look just fine, no need for the opague white.Yes it will work and you will see a difference. The trick is to get perfect register. Hit your gloss first get that in then hit your matte, scribe lines on both...

    Gas Ghosting

    If its chemical ghost, you need to get air into it before it happens.Not sure what your job looks like so . Lots of time with a chemical ghost if this is what you have, you can lay a varnish over it, air it within a hour or so very gently......send her back for spot, air again. The key is air here.

    alcohol makes the water wetter, the higher it is , the easier it is no matter what anyone tells you!..........15 to 17% with a good ink and all your troubles will fade away!

    Not sure what ink you are useing , or paper..... but if you wash your blankets and it gos away, then its not chemical ghost.....if your water is low, next , reduce your ink you may have to much tack! Try a gel reducer in your ink for a trial.
