Need some advise on setting the screws for water. I get to much or not enough, or I get what i think is right then after it runs for a bit the water goes away. I took pictures on the water adjustment screws. Could anyone point me to the correct direction on how to set the water damper

Print master qm46. Printing flap up only can do say 50 at a time. Any help would be great. This machine hates envelopes. Can run any thing else just fine.

I do not have the blanket wash up device. So whats the correct and best way by hand? I was told to use solvit. But I want your guys ideas. Thanks again.

Having issues with the 3rd inking form roller. on qm-46.2 the delivery side. one side is getting ink but not the other. I have looked at the book, for roller adjustments but its not getting me anywhere. If anyone has any pointers that would be great. Thanks guys!

I am running 6x9 envelopes, with flap up and leading. Any special way to run these with the flap up first? using printmaster qm-46

i think i have a trouble machine. now on runs when i change the reg up or down. the plates are slipping out of the clamp. if i dont catch it the plate will eject happends on qm-1 QM-2. i am using printmaster qm-46

Printemaster qm46. running two color. using a justfeed feeder. jamming after 3 or so go in. gettting 11-07, 15-08 codes. I have messed with pile hight, air blast. and tray arrival.

the black is fading on one side. I ran 50 sheets solid black. Two hundred sheets its starts to fade all in the same area.

The plate clamp to release the plate gets stuck in the middle of qm-2. The left side and right come out fine, but the middle is stuck so the plate breaks off and I have to dig and dig to get the rest out. Is this a air pressure issue? The gauge for the air is always below or high in the red...
