Well its been 3 months and I though Id follow-up on this. My 714 is set up perfectly and folds like it should. BUT, a coated 100# with more than a 50% coverage thru a digital machine, forget about it. Locks up in the folder and what does come out, severely cracked. Tried scoring on the...

Best folder to use with digitally printed material

Im using Baum 714. Works great BUT when folding 100# coated text if there's alot of coverage it locks up in the folder. I have other jobs done digitally with little coverage that folds fine. If I score it on the Heidleberg before folding it, doesnt help at all. I also have a small Duplo table...

C6 envelopes on KM PF-707m paper deck

Im not sure if this will work for you or not but we have had alot of luck opening the flaps on the envelopes and feeding them that way. That way we can change from the envelope setting and go to a thick 6 setting. It runs faster, feeds better and less pressure on the transfer belt. Just kinda...

Canon C810 vs Konica C3070..... And GO!

I have a 750 now. The color is spot on, but I agree you're better off running 1 side at a time if registration is important. The bounce from front to back can be as much as 1/8 inch. I've also found that cracking when folding jobs printed on the Canon is a BIG issue. Scoring helps alittle but...
