The envelopes are not as bright as the belt but they are still blue. The sensor doesn't see most of them. I know it's a reach but is there any adjustment that can solve this? SOLVED: The "teach" button took care of this.

All you can do is create a paper/alignment profile for that particular substrate. If it's still goofy, call your tech and ask the question. Assuming you have a service contract.

Back when I was operating a V180, It was the same as you are describing. The margins were never equal. I always just shrank the art to match that larger margin and all was fine.

Making the envelope dimensions a tad bigger was a thought of mine. This particular order doesn't actually bleed, but needs to be very near the edge.
