Hi everybody,

Ryobi 3302

For the second time in 12 months, after the first pass, running at top speed with no problems at all, (Black on both sides) 60 pounds text Domtar Hots Lemon,in portrait...can't complete the job!

On the second pass, After a couple of impressions, the sheet seem to jump over the stop fingers or cant be taken by the gripper after the feed roll? not sure...

Same problem with 80 pounds cover stock a few months ago...

The problem occurs At full speed and very low speed to...

Curl up vs curl down ? Putting same paper with no prints in curl down or curl up position and everything is fine ????

I've been trying to make some micro ajustments : i am running nice process jobs on that press a couple times a month and to keep registration, i know what to do !

So very difficult for me to manage that probem...

Help will be appreciate.

Thanks in advance

That does sound like curl up problem. Do you know how to raise the stop fingers a tiny bit? Or it might just be too much feed roller setting so that it feeds "early".

Thanks Al

When i talk about micro ajustments, that include stop finger and feed roller setting.

Another simple job this morning...i will give you some feed back but one thing is sure, i will run 50 sheets on the two sides to make sure everything is correct.
