The latest PIA America Dynamic Ratios 2017-2018 Survey results are in. Findings indicate a modest rise in profitability from 2.66% to 2.92%. In contrast, profit for printers in the top 25% of profitability saw their profits dip to 8.8%, but printers in the lower 75% of profitability experienced gains.
Printers in the bottom 75% of profitability lost money in the recession-impacted years (2007-2012), but their profit rate this past year was the highest ever over the last 13 years. The full series of surveys is available in the PIA bookstore.
