Aerocut Static Issues

We are testing an Aerocut card cutter/creaser and we are having huge static issues. Any ideas on remedy?

Most of the build up is around the guillotine cutter. The pieces that are being cut off are hanging up around the cutter and sticking to the sheets as they pass through. So the machine sometimes messes up the cut due to the extra paper.

The trick will be to figure out exactly where the static is being generated. If you can pinpoint that, then you can add a static eliminator of some sort. It's hard to give a precise answer because static can be generated anywhere the paper touches a dissimilar material.
