Agfa AccuSet 1000 Plus - Problem in tape output

The tape output from my machine with this problem, it is not reaching its maximum capacity that is 15 meters, arrives between 9 and 10 meters and locks, can someone help me with this problem?

Do you mean TakeUp cassete capacity?
Saying tape we mean cassete or spool for a tape recorder, so please tell film if you work for prepress.
I think you have some piece of film inside the cassete which get some resistance.
Open up the TakeUp cassete from left or right side (a few screws need to be unsrewed) and look inside.

This same problem is on the receiving tape.
But I already opened it and not have it nd you can get some resistance, only the parts that come into it .. I'll open it and take a picture and send you ...
