AGFA Advantage DL to VPP 85

We are using N91V single plates. Two lines of CTP AGFA Advantage DL with AGFA VPP 85 processor. We have finished our press cut down to 44" in June. We're trying to match the speed from CTP (120 plates per hour) to the processor for better page flow. Each line takes @ 1 minute/per plate. Can we speed this up and not loose quality.

Processor speed 100 cm a minute at 24 degrees C
Plate size 27.6 cm wide x 57.8 long

VladCanada is correct. The preheat of the plate must be long enough for the reaction to happen as well as development time. Speeding it up may work for a while but it almost always will come back and bite you. Unless you are feeding a lot of presses, you are still making plates faster than they can hang them.

To reach the maximum efficiency you need for every Advantage two plate processors plus a conveyor with a kind of "splitter" or "pooler" to divide the stream of plates into two ones like even <-> odd.
Or... switch your technology to the lates plate generation N92 and washout device instead of processors.
Any of them needs a lot of money to invest :(
