We recently received an Agfa Anapurna M2 printer that is brand new but was damaged during the delivery. After being unloaded onto a forklift and being moved about a foot off the ground, the unit shifted. The driver then lowered the unit fast and impacted the unit on the print head side. If you wish to see photos of the printer we would be happy to supply them to you.

Our customer had a service technician look at the printer. This is what they said:
“Tuesday 3-23-2010. After waiting for power and air we started the install the two leveling feet on the Print Head side had tight threads to lower. The packing under the Print Heads was shifted along with the shipping Head brackets. Running our prime test we had a lot of nozzles out mostly on cyan, magenta, black, and yellow. Light magenta and light cyan there are a few nozzles out also. We tried to clean up with no success. “

Does anyone know of someone who might be interested in this printer? If so please call Morgan Smith at 774-227-7400.
