I have an Agra Grand Sherpa 65.... I have emptied the Waste Ink Tank and gone through the main menu to tell the printer that the waste tank is empty. I cannot get the error on the printer to go away, even though the waste tank is empty. Has anyone run into this? If so, what did you do? I have restarted the printer, I have cleaned the sensor under the waste tank...
