Agfa Xcalibur 45E Aluminum Error A0581

Anybody knows how to solve the Agfa Xcalibur 45E Aluminum Error A0581. All 4 VCP sensors are OK, All 4 sensors VCRM are OK. The machine can not unload the plate after finishing imaging. The plate is only unload after a restart.

VCP sensor trigerred incorrectly. Can be a faulty sensor or the board. A harness problem is unlikely. Activate each sensor manually using any suitable means and monitor the voltage output from the sensor.
Best to use a scope for fast response or DMM with bargraph. Even something old school like an analog voltmeter will do.

Thank you for your comment, I have double checked each of 8 sensors with a DMM and they all are ok, the output voltage has two levels, 0 volt and 5 volts firmly. What else can cause the problem?
