Prior to January, support was only offered during business hours in the Asian Pacific, European & North American regions.
With Aleyant’s new 24/5 customer support program, support operates as a single worldwide team, with ticketing operated out of a centralized cloud-based server, rather than independently operated on regional servers. Teams around the globe are enhanced to better address each region’s needs, including faster response times and greater language flexibility.
