thank you for your help

Are you asking about the both sides adjustment from the Print Controller on the Konica or are you asking about finishing tab Image Shift Front/Back adjustment in Command Workstation?

in the machine controller, i wanna know if i can save a profile for every kind of paper (300gsm, 170g, 135g)

Yes, you can save the alignment with the paper profile...however, not every ream of paper is identical, and you may not always load it the same. So we do an alignment every time before starting a 2-sided job where registration is critical. It only takes 1 sheet of paper and about 1 minute (if you have the IQ-501).

Same as @jwheeler discusses above, we do the Both Sides Adjustment on our C4080 regularly and always after changing substrates.
We're currently running tens of thousands of 50-up 45x57mm barcoded cards onto 250GSM silk and it's absolutely critical to run BSA daily as there is otherwise drift, which is problematic on such a small finished piece.
We don't have an IQ-501, so we scan both sides of the output sheet, the whole process takes a couple of minutes. Tip: when you do BSA, request the output as B/W (ours defaults to colour). This will save you 2 x colour clicks each time you run it.
I can't imagine just having a 250-sheet bypass tray/banner feeder, as well as forever replenishing, those sources are always the most inaccurate for registration (on any machine, from any manufacturer). I'd be investing in a PF-707M paper deck, you'd find this transformational. However if you want to retain the MK760 banner feeder AFAIK you'd need to add the MB-508 bypass feeder (which I recall is relatively expensive), as your simple MB-509 won't attach to a PF-707m. You won't have an IQ-501 on the C4065.

Thank you for your answers
I don’t have iq-501
Yes, I forgot that the 4065 doesn't allow for the use of the IQ-501. But it still doesn't take too long to do it off the copier glass. We have three KM 6136's that don't have IQ's either, and we do the 'both sides adjustment' off the glass. We just keep the black backer sheet so we don't have to re-print that every time. It's worth the 2-3 minutes of setup to have properly aligned sheets. I started my career printing on offset presses, so 1 sheet of setup paper and 2 minutes to get both sides in near-perfect alignment doesn't seem bad at all!
