What can be the problem, the machine is calibrated
Thank you in advance

I don't know if you have the KM or Fiery controller, but the same concept applies: You most likely have a color management/profile turned on that is changing the colors. In the KM PS print driver, these settings are found under the "Management" tab as shown here. In that window, you'll see options for RGB, CMYK, etc.

I have fiery controller.
When i print yellow page from test mode, the yellow is ok but when i create a file pdf in illustrator and print it , the yellow is not good ( you can see in the photo) idon't know if the problem is from pdf creating or fiery setting
thank you for your help

First off, is your original Illustrator document in CMYK or RGB mode? If RGB, that's your problem. If CMYK, you can verify if the yellow is truly 0/0/100/0 by opening the PDF in Acrobat Pro, then going to "All Tools" the click "View More" to expand the menu until you can see "Use Print Production". Then click on "Output Preview". A window with CMYK separations will pop up. Hover over the yellow and see if it only shows 100% Yellow. If that is correct, then it's the Fiery controller settings that's changing it. I don't have a Fiery to compare screens and I can't read whatever language your screen shot is in, but if there is a "None" or "Off" option in the color settings, try that.

have fiery, yellow does same here. We change the CMYK Source to "Colorwise Off" when printing yellow or solid primaries. This obviously does not help everything else, but solids and or letterhead with primary colors come out better. Hope this helps on your end too
