to connect the laptop with Agfa processors when using Androdiag software?

Laptop or computer? The cable is Serial Null modem .

Do you mean Serial Null modem with 9 pins on both ends?

Yes! You should use the serial port, regardless, if it is the computer or the Laptop. Using USB to Serial adapter causes communication problem and will make the screen to go blank.
