Staff member
The Association for Print Technologies (APTech) and the American Red Cross are partnering to host a blood drive at PRINT—19, on Friday, October 4 in booth #2843.

The American Red Cross has more than 130 years of experience providing humanitarian aid, including more than 70 years of supplying blood to those in need. Each pint of blood collected can help save up to 3 lives and impact the health and wellbeing of countless others.

Thayer Long, president, APTech said, “We are very excited about the drive and I know our exhibitors, sponsors and attendees will be lining up to help out our fellow citizens. Our blood drive might truly test the proposition that print people actually bleed CMYK”!

Color Optimized?

by Noel Ward, Editor@Large
Color is in demand in all types of documents, making color management a critical part of Digital Printing 5.0. Properly implemented color management workflows can help achieve consistent color results across multiple devices. Although many end-customers are claiming satisfaction with “pleasing color,” two challenges are still in play. Link to Article
