Well, I ended up reversing the page order, rotate everything 180 degree and normal booklet imposition.

We already have Reverse page order... as a feature in QI3 and QIP3 just for this request.

I forgot to mention I used Quite Imposing for this. I saved a sequence called Arabic book which does the job.
