Avalon Thermal LF platemaker

Our Thermal LF platemaker had a plate stuck on the drum. We got the plate off the drum, however after rebooting we have error codes coming up.
They are as follows, a2233 Attempting to measure & remove plate on drum, A0591 Plate wrap length out of range, and A2238 Error recovery failed.
Could this be a sensor problem.

You need to make sure if clamps are off the drum first and follow the procedure in the manual twice and not once. If the problem persist, Try using the unidiag command CLEAR PLATE ...... . Then check the fly off sensor and replace it, if it is necessary.
