This morning, after running a few sets of plates, our AURA C95 processor made an alarm sound and the keypad started flashing 01 Protect.Bypass 00 Emergency. We've tried pressing every button, turning it off, unplugging it and leaving it off for 15 minutes, and it still displays this message. It will not receive any plates either. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong?
