Baked Amigo plates

We have big problems with our new Amigo plates.
We use them on our Nilpeter OS3300 web offset label press, and even then they are
baked they only lasting for 10.000 meters. We are using XSYS UV inks.

Please help

I spoke to one of our dealers that sell the Agfa Amigo plate nd he had high praises for the productie, chemistry life, dot reporduction, cleanliness. But he did syay that you have two negatives in your situation. Amigo run length is impacted by both web presses and uv ink. I do not know how to transform your 10,000 meters into impressions but baked thay should get 200,000 impressions less some because of your two variables
