Barcode + Numbering

Customer need various barcode with numbering on all the single page documents (10k-50k). Right now I am printing the same in the below method :
1. Printing with numbering on offset then
2. Generate the barcodes from software and print the same thro digital

Which causes more time and expensive.

One of my customers told me that there are some heads available in the market for barcode which we can fix directly with the machine and get the printing with numbering and barcode on single run. But i am not able to find about the system.

Kindly help me to find out what type of system its or any other solutions for those type of documents printing.

Hello,

Have a look at Domino. They have been doing this for years and can provide the Inkjet Hardware and the Software to trigger the Print head to turn .CSV files into Barcodes.

You just clamp it on to your existing press.
