Bars under the profile pic?

What do the bars under the profile pic stand for? Some are blank in color others are red?

Level of contribution i'm pretty sure. Every form is different.
most just use names. and go by post count and at times will change with how long you've been a member also or if you're a paying member. This one just looks to be a contribution thing.

They refer to "Reputation" but actually counts how many "Likes" you get . . you can click on the columns to change the sort order . . .

It's a measurement of some sort of your reputation.
