Was the quote and or samples printed on PEFC or FSC certified stock?, does the company have a gender neutral employment policy?, what environmentally sustainable processes and consumables are in place?

And finally, we missed out on a job because according to the client "your plant is next to a motorway, north facing and does not have a good "vibe", its not Feng shui"

Worked at a little shop running a Man Roland 202. We also had an AB Dick 360 CD. Pastor brings in a box of expensive Christmas cards to have his name and Church name imprinted on them. Guy signs 'em in without looking and brings 'em back later with a plate for the 360. "Here we need these this afternoon, throw on a black imprint" and walks off. We opened the box and pulled out tri-folded, die cut, glitter encrusted Christmas Tree shaped cards... Do you think we were qualified?
