Bendtsen Roughness Test

Do you think the Bendtsen Test value could be a way to know if a paper type is coated or not coated?
...why?
Because I have to set a new job and I don't have a paper sample to evaluate, but only the tech spec (see attached jpg).
...and also just for the sake of talking!
