I just came back from Egypt where I installed a PRIMESETTER102 to an existent XITRON / Harlequin Blue Box (vers. 8.1)
This RIP has worked and still works fine with another PS102. But when the RIP is connected to the "new" Primesetter
there is always a black solid line (appr. ,3 mm) exposed underneath the job. The line comes in Slow Scan direction and has a distanceof appr. 5 mm to the job. Theoretically it can just be cut. As I said, the line comes only with the "new" machine. When I connect the Primesetter to an DELTA RIP, there is no black line. That makes it quite confusing.
Has anybody faced such problem?
Thank you
best regards
