blanket packing on Ryobi

Anyone know what the right packing is for a two color Ryobi 39872 press. We are trying to bring up the level of print quality but not sure what to pack it to ( Oh did I mention we have no manual) also the setting for the squeeze between plate and blanket on the first unit moves while on the run is there a set screw to be tighten and where is it?

Do you mean a Ryobi 3302 or an Itek 3985 two color? I dont think you would pack using a 5 ply compressible blanket. If you use a hard 3 ply I believe they make a perma pack for that blanket.

Thank you for your reply the press is an 3985 2 color ( my bad I was at home could not remember for sure) and right now there is a pre-barred blanket of 1.9 and a under blanket plus a .002 packing sheet. I'm going to try to take out the .002 on next new blanket. thank you agin FBrown
