I would like to hear some Northeast Ohio customer experiences with this company as far as service and response times when it comes to digital print production. We have plenty of experience. Thanks!

Well, we had them install a KM1200 in July 2011. We have a few "bumps" but we are located farther West in Sandusky. They are currently working on a plan to address the service related issues by stocking parts at our location as well as direct drop ship of parts here. As of now they are not on my first to buy from list, they will need to work their way back to that.
