Chairman of the Board, Ursula Burns has retired from the Xerox Board of Directors, and Robert Keegan—formerly CEO & president of Goodyear—takes over as Chairman.
At its annual shareholders meeting, Jeff Jacobson, Xerox CEO, discussed the company’s 2016 financial performance, and outlined its strategy going forward. Jacobsen said, “This is a new Xerox, our product portfolio is as deep as it has ever been, and our customers are responding to our renewed focus…. & on the innovative solutions we are bringing to market.”
