Many options for this. We use a company out of Quebec called Prisme Technologies. They have great support which is important, they are always quick to get back to me with an issues.

You make an account for your client, they can have all sorts of forms on this web store that only they have access to. They can have a business card template, they fill in the variable data, they see a visible proof. They click ok and it goes on it's way (all depending on how you set it up). Some of our customers let anyone order the cards but they get auto submitted to an admin in their company to approve. Once the admin approves we get an email with the job and a print ready PDF. No proofing on our end, just get the file and print.

You can obviously do this with other things. If you are printing other things for this bank they could have letterhead, envelopes, whatever all stored on this site for simple re-ordering.
