Newbee to this so be gentle, I have purchased a Cadet SP 1400C from a late friends estate, without it being attached to a computer I have tried to print a test piece, it all appears to go through the correct procedures but it looks like the print head does not contact the media, is it something dumb I have just not spotted, as my friend is no more I now have this massive printed that is going to waste unless I can get it running, am based in Brentwood but most local service companies do not work on the older printers so I cannot find anyone to come and take a look
