I want to create a new CGATS file where I am replacing magenta with rhodamine. Is there any way of doing this other than printing an IT8 using rhodamine instead of Magenta then measuring and creating an ICC profile?

No, I don't think so.

What are you using for color management software? In Colorpilot you can "edit" a process color measurement and it will recalc the profile gamut.

We are using i1Profiler or an old version of Profile Maker.
