what is the cheapest price i can get a digital press. and what is the minimum size of print? like whether it is A3 or A2.and the paper grammage it can handle.

MailGuru, a 4 Colour or something that can print beyond a 4 colour channel.

Cheap digital printer will be more costly in the long run since it will get damage easily. You will definitely need to upgrade the printer for it to work on its best.
