check ink coverage

it there a software which could check the seperate ink coverage which area is bleow 0.01%, then we can delete the ink ?

PitStop has a check for a min dot per separation. Not tried it on 0.01% though.
Fix would be a tonal curve to make it 0%.
if you have any sample files you can PM them over if you wish.
