Choice of plates for Flexographic Printing

Hello,
i'm having a dilemma in my choice of plates for flexographic printing. I would like to know
which plate will give me the finest details in our label printing.
Our printing machine is Gallus 200b, that is machine for narrow web printing, uses UV inks,
and usually we use 60 "grams" semi-coated paper.
Our machine for plate making is FlintGroup's-Nyloprint Combination CW 50x70 and it uses
a water washable plates.
I would like some answers based on experiance, since all the theory is not hard to find :)
Thank you

A harder durometer plate will give sharpest prining.

DuPont Cyrel* FAST DFQ offers sharp printing and is processed dry thermally. I have seen it used in many shops printing great work with Gallus presses.

FYI -I am with DuPont so I have a bias - contact me with PM if you want more information.

We have a narrow web Gallus UV label press and our regular plate is the Cyrel fast. We were very happy with the results of this plate until we discovered the Kodak Flexel NX Digital plate. This technology is amazing and the printed result matches any litho or Gravure print. 10 Micron highlight dots. Before you make a descision check it out.
