color registration problem

hi i am a service engineer for Konica Minoltadigital printers.
I am giving service to LD6501, C-6000,.
Recently i had a problem regarding color registration,,
when a four color text was printed one color is shifting aside especially magenta, its clearly visible that magenta was out,,
i changed the writing units, done all the color registrations,but invain. it is happening in all type of papers, cards.

can anybody can say the perfect solution for this problem???

My inkjet printer is not printing the printouts properly and gives a dim light print out.Please let me know that is it a nosel problem or i have to refill the colours.

yaah this is problem.. U open the door and see the 2nd transfer roller and fuser in between in centre one sensor is their is achuter see this is ok or not....
