would like to get inputs what is esko color trace. please make some simple explanation. need to plan next esko upgrade budget with 4 exact V2 coming this end of month.

in the simplest of terms - lets say you are a large company like Procter & Gamble - and you use MANY different printers, in many locations ( and counties!) and you want to monitor how well they are all printing - you know, how many deltaEs are they off from target. So, you put in a system that either automatically measures the colorbars on the sheet ( or manually ) and that measurement data is captured and sent to a app in the cloud or some remotely accessible server where you can see - and you have pass fail requirements. I am more familiar with with Bodoni Systems pressSIGN GPM system ( Global Print Management ) - but Eskos Color Trace looks like that is what their solution does.
